DJRMW Addresses Concerns Regarding Scheduled Events
Like many service businesses, we at DJ Rock My World, are carefully watching the news and guidance from government officials. Amidst the COVID-19 dilemma, some brides/grooms are considering rescheduling their events. We empathize with the situation and want to help as much as we can, therefore, we are waiving all rescheduling fees for a one-time reschedule. This enables clients to request a different date with no additional fees nor penalties. We are offering two options for any currently booked client that is considering changing their scheduled wedding:
(1) Rebooking – Clients can reschedule for a date in the future. We are waiving any extra fees that are normally applied to rescheduling. Rescheduling is based on first-come, first-serve and DJRMW availability for that date.
Please note that we do have other weddings already on the books on several dates for the rest of the year, so a date would need to be chosen where we are available. Since many other brides/grooms may be in this situation, we’d strongly recommend choosing a date in July, August, November, or December. These months tend to be more open with caterers, venues, and myself.
Here are the dates where we are already have previously booked, and may not have availability as of the date and time of this email (unless something changes): 8/1, 8/22, 8/30, 9/5, 9/18, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/18, and 12/18.
(2) Refunds – If you choose a date where we cannot provide a DJ team, or you decide to cancel the wedding, the terms of the agreement you signed will be followed.
